Preferred maintenance level:

• Maybe you don't want to spend too much time working on it, but rather, enjoying it?
• Maybe you love gardening, but don't know where to start. We'll design it with you.
• If a pond is more maintenance than you'd like, let's talk about pondless water features.
• Tell us if you've seen something you like. We'll work to see how we can fit it into your plan.

Realistic timeframe and/or budget

• If now isn't the right time for everything you want, let's design a multi-phase plan.
• There are some really affordable ways to achieve a full, lush landscape without destroying your budget. Do you like to work in the garden? We can do all the heavy stuff and provide the plants for you to install.
• Sod or seed? Seed is more cost effective (and usually more disease-resistant) but sod will get you playing on the lawn sooner.
• Remember, cheaper is not the same as better. Especially when it comes to what you can't see underground (the soil, the irrigation parts). It may be better to install a good, but simple, landscape now, and dress things up later.
